Mizell Medical Clinic is a health clinic owned by Mizell Memorial Hospital. At Mizell Medical Clinic, we see patients of all ages ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics and are currently accepting new patients. Our services range from physicals to diagnosis and treatment of minor illnesses.

Our Providers

Dr. Kenneth Crowe
Dr. Kenneth Crowe graduated from the University of Saskatchewan, School of Medicine in 1978 and completed his Family Medicine Residency at Saskatchewan's Royal University Hospital. Dr. Crowe practiced medicine in Canada until he relocated to Opp in 1995. Dr. Crowe served the Opp community in his own practice until January, 2018 when he joined the Mizell Medical Clinic.

In his personal time, Dr. Crowe enjoys participating in local and foreign missions. He coordinates the local Celebrate Recovery ministry, serves in prison ministry, has served with Crossover Ministries, and other various local mission opportunities. Dr. Crowe and his wife, Terry, enjoy serving each year in Togo, a county in western Africa, as relief staff at the local hospital. He also enjoys time at the beach and Alabama football.

As a member of the Mizell Medical Clinic Dr. Crowe offers high quality, patient-centered care for patients of all ages.

Patty Rountree
Patty Rountree graduated form the University of Colorado School of Nursing in 2010. While working as a registered nurse at Mizell Memorial Hospital, she received her Master of Science in Nursing to become a certified nursing practitioner.

She has enjoyed her position as an nurse for the community of Opp and is looking forward to expanding her role as a health provider to the members of the community. Rountree said, "I strongly believe in educating patients and providing them with information that they are able to use on a daily basis to take care of themselves."

As part of the expert clinical team at Mizell Medical Clinic, Rountree will offer prompt and personal treatment for a variety of medical needs. Rountree will be working under the supervision of Dr. Steven Davis.

In her personal time, Rountree enjoys the outdoors, fitness and spending time with her three daughters.

Lisa Adamson
Lisa Adamson is a graduate of the University of South Alabama, earning her Master of Science degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner while working as a registered nurse in the emergency department at Mizell Memorial Hospital. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Auburn University at Montgomery and her Associate of Applied Science degree in Nursing from Lurleen B. Wallace Community College.

Born in Opp, Lisa is native to this area and as a healthcare provider is looking forward to working in her hometown. "I am passionate about providing excellent care to the members of our community and its surrounding areas."
Adamson is a member of the community organization, Opp Khelpanan Society. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, Wiregrass Nurse Practitioners Association and American Nurses Association.

In her personal time, Lisa enjoys the beach, outdoors, family and Auburn football. War Eagle!

As part of the Mizell Memorial Clinic expert clinical team, Lisa is ready to offer prompt and personalized treatment for members of the community of all ages. The Mizell Medical Clinic specializes in prevention, detection and treatment of illnesses in patients of all ages. Adamson will be working under the supervision of Dr. Steven Davis.
