    What is Occupational Therapy?


    Occupational Therapy is the therapeutic use of everyday life activities (occupations) with individuals or groups for the purpose of enhancing or enabling participation in roles, habits, and routines in home, school, workplace, community and other settings.

    Hayley Elmore, OTR/L is a native of Opp, Alabama and graduated from the University of South Alabama with a bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's of Science degree in Occupational Therapy (OT). She is a registered and licensed occupational therapist and has clinical experience in skilled nursing, outpatient pediatrics, and school based settings. Hayley is a member of the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) as well as the Alabama Occupational Therapy Association (ALOTA).
