Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Licenses: Current AL State Nursing License; BLS & ACLS
Responsibilities: Responsible for the delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning implementation and evaluation. The RN is responsible for the direction and supervision of assigned personnel delivering of the patient care. The quality of care given will be in keeping with the policies and procedures of nursing to meet the health care needs of the patients and their families. Provide age specific care as planned made up of infants to geriatric patients. Provide patient and family education and discharge planning. Collaborate with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcome.
